My goal in working with you is to help you find your wellbeing through a holistic approach (and some humor). I believe it is equally important to explore where you’ve been, ground ourselves in where you are and look at where you would like to go mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

My therapeutic style uses an integration of cognitive behavior, relational, attachment work and somatic therapy (throw in some laughs for good measure). From our first meeting, I will focus on cultivating safety and trust in our therapeutic relationship. I will show up with compassion and provide direct communication, helping uncover how events, memories, family values, thoughts, and feelings shape your current relationship dynamics, possible trauma responses, ways of moving through life, and perceptions of the world.

I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chapman University in 2013. My educational focus was in trauma and sex therapy. My work with clients and my educational background brings together a better understanding of life experiences by looking at them though the lenses of past traumas, sexuality, somatic experiences, as well as, our attachment styles and behavior.
